Central amersfoort was just amazing. Very beautiful, very 'clasically European'.



Those canals were everywhere. I'm told that when you visit Amsterdam and take the guided tour, they have a standard joke: 'Amsterdam has 88 canals, which are all about 3 meters deep. That's 1 meter of water, 1 meter of dirt, and one meter of stolen bicycles.'
