On the other side of the locks, a nifty Burton-esque sculpture marks the location of the salmon ladder. You can see Fishy and Vixy looking over the railing at the salmon ladder. You can also take stairs down below and watch the salmon swim upstream through glass windows.

Unfortunately, no adult salmon were running upstream that day, it was the wrong time of year. However...
